Join me in my newly renovated home studio where you will use lush new equipment in a relaxed, friendly environment. We will work primarily on the Pilates Reformer. Depending on your goals, we can also incorporate floor work, kettlebells, the plyometric box and other props.

• GST Registered: 119-802-490

• Strict 16 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations with less than 16 hours notice will incur a 100% charge.

• All classes are 55-60 minutes.

• For hygiene reasons, please bring socks. There are non-slip socks available to purchase at the studio ($20).

• Disclaimer - as I am also a full time paramedic operating on a shift pattern, I will likely not be available at the same time every week. Therefore, some time flexibility will be needed for ongoing appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
